I’m excited to hear that Kim Gordon bassist/vocalist of Sonic Youth (one of my favorite bands ever) has teamed up with Urban Outfitters to create a line that is easy-chic for any indie rock babe.  The label’s name, Mirror/Dash, comes from Gordon’s experimental duo with hubby, Thurston Moore.  You can’t go wrong with neutral basics such as the t-shirt dress or the snap-front skirt.  In the interview on urbanoutfitters.com you can see more cute silk summer dresses and tees.  For now, watch Sonic Youth play Teenage Riot:
