This is the word that comes to mind when I think of one of the latest Spring/Summer 2009 fashion trends for jumpsuits. Although you might not find the word onesie in the fashion dictionary. I find it much more soothing to the ear and appealing than the word: jumpsuit. To me jumpsuits are worn by mechanics and airplane technicians not models. I think the jumpsuit by Givenchy tries to minick the illusion of a technician. In my opinion the jumpsuit would look better on a curvier woman because it softens the silhouette. According to Wikipedia, we can call it Creeper (random but funny). Regardless of which word is used to describe this one piece ensemble–it’s a quick, easy and fashionable attire to have in one’s closet. I’ve been wanting to purchase one; however, have yet to find one that looks appealing to my petite body type. The one made by Giorgio Armani would be the one that I would purchase. I like the bold color and how it molds the body. The silky material jumpsuit made by Derek Lam is beautifully draped and if I was taller I would totally go for this one.

I’m thinking about a jumpsuit.
I’d love it black…
