I don’t wear my Converse high tops enough, but when I do I fall in love again. These shoes have been with me through a lot, especially, in high school on a trip to TJ for a weekend. Poor shoes had to walk/swim through the alcoholic sewage on club floors flooded with cheap drinks and only god knows what. I gave them a good scrubbing, but they’ve never been the same. I purchased this Do It Myself tank at the Buffalo Exchange in Westwood. I was attracted to the knots sewn to the back shoulders, they’re textured like thin mop heads. I had been eyeing these Siwy jeans for a really long time. I couldn’t muster up the $197 for a pair of distressed jeans, consequently, I did it myself with a seam ripper and a washing machine.

xoxo, Kim

My boyfriend took these photos on his iPhone before we were going out a couple weeks ago. He also taught me how to use Photoshop recently and pictured above are my photoshop skillz. It’s rudimentary, but I am really excited to become a professional photo editor. A funny thought comes to mind when a friend from college once told me she used photoshop to make her arms look skinnier, which were in fact stick skinny already.

I was inspired by many fashion bloggers to stud something up. I decided to stud the waist band of this Aqua (Bloomies brand) high-waisted skirt. It took me a lot longer to do than I had originally thought; after a good 4.5 hours, a few pokes from the studs, and really sore thumbs I was finished! And I love how it turned out!
